Orders and Delivery
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 days. Your tracking code will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
To make sure you get the freshest products, our orders are sent directly from our own warehouse in South Korea. Import taxes or custom fees, if there are any, will need to be paid by the buyer.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take 7 to 8 working days to arrive, depending on your location. During the holiday season and over bank/state holidays, shipping might take a little longer!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has shipped. After it has been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. Read our Shipping and Returns conditions for more info and contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for help!
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but you’d best hurry! There’s a 4-hour window to make changes after you’ve submitted your order – contact us at email@example.com to request changes. After those 4 hours have passed, we’ll be busy getting your order ready to ship.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order with most credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) or through PayPal. Simply head to the checkout and follow the steps.
How do I get free shipping?
Spend over £34 GBP to qualify for free international shipping! It will be applied automatically to your order.
Free shipping also has a 7 to 8 working day delivery time and comes with a tracking number.How much is shipping if I don’t qualify for free shipping?
Our standard international shipping rate, with tracking code, is £6.99 for all orders under £34 GBP.What if an item is missing or damaged in my order?
Leave your products unopened and contact our customer service team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the missing/damaged item and a few pictures. We’ll do our best to solve any problems!

How can I apply my discount code?
Fill your basket with K-beauty products and head to the checkout. You’ll find the Discount Code box to type in your code on the checkout page. Choose your discount code carefully, only one can be applied per order!
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes, we do. Get access to discounts and products before anyone else by signing up to our loyalty program!
How can I get a discount?
Subscribe to our newsletter, refer a friend to shop at Kosame, or subscribe to our loyalty program before your first order for great discounts.
Korean Beauty Products
Are your Korean beauty products authentic?
Yes, they are fresh, authentic and shipped straight out of South Korea. We only work with the leading K-beauty brands, from Innisfree to primera, and a few trusted 3rd party vendors to provide the best service.
When is the expiration date of my product?
We’ll never send you products that are out of date!
Although the labels are in Korean, there’s often “12M” written inside a tiny jar symbol, meaning that you should discard it 12 months after first opening it. Some products will have a date followed by 제조, which means manufacture in English - this is not the expiry date.
If you can’t find any expiry date, take a picture of the label and send it to us at email@example.com so we can decipher it for you!
