Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in South Korea, where we store the fresh products ready for you!
Orders are processed in 2 working days. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of ordering at support@kosamebeauty.com.

We carefully package up each order and send it via a First-Class service. For complementary gift wrapping, contact us at support@kosamebeauty.com.

We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international deliveries.

We’ll email your tracking number to the email address you provide once your order has shipped. Any import taxes or customs fees will need to be paid by yourself. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages refused entry by customs.

Possible Delays

As all orders are shipped to you directly from our warehouse in South Korea, there are sometimes seasonal delays! On holidays and festival days across Asia, order processing may be delayed as well as delivery times.
There may also be delays from your own postal service over busy holiday times (e.g. over the Christmas period). Don’t fret! Just track your package’s progress using the tracking code we provide to find out where it is.

Please wait at least 10 working days from the date it was shipped before contacting us at support@kosamebeauty.com if your package hasn’t arrived.

Returns Policy

We know that sometimes you need to return a product, whether you’ve decided you no longer need it or want to try a different K-beauty product instead. 
To return your order, first email customer service at support@kosamebeauty.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return. You must contact us about returning an item within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Please send any returns via a tracked mail service and forward the tracking number to us. We will provide you with the returns address.

We will only accept returns if the product(s) are unused and unopened in the same condition they were sent. Any packaging, plastic wrappings or seals must be intact.
Once we’ve received the returned items, we’ll send you a refund within 1 to 3 working days. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs of returned items and Kosame is not responsible for any returned orders that are lost in transit.
