Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. Our warehouse processes orders 7 days a week.
Please note that orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
We’ll email your tracking number to the email address you provided once your order has shipped.
We have a flat rate shipping cost for all international deliveries. We ship to most countries around the world. If you’re unsure about shipping to your country, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
For international customers outside of EU any import taxes or customs fees will need to be paid by the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages refused entry by customs.

Returns & Refund Policy
We know that sometimes you need to return a product, whether you’ve decided you no longer need it or want to try a different K-beauty product instead.
To return your order, first email customer service at support@kosamebeauty.com
Please send any returns via a tracked mail service and forward the tracking number to us. We will provide you with the returns address.
We will only accept returns if the product(s) are unused and unopened in the same condition they were sent. Any packaging, plastic wrappings or seals must be intact.
Once we’ve received the returned items, we’ll send you a refund to the original method of payment allow 2 to 5 working days depending on your payment method. We are unable to make refunds to alternative accounts for security reason. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs of returned items and Kōsame is not responsible for any returned orders that are lost in transit.
